Trainer
Virgil Morgan Jr. has been the leading trainer at Scioto
Downs for the past 10 years and is a two time winner of the Jerry Kaltenbach
award as the top trainer on the OSS circuit (1999 and 2000).

Mill Creek Barn Manager
Eric Foster has been the Mill Creek Farm Manager since
2004. Eric cares for the mares that are in foal and their offspring.
He feeds and waters them, and cleans the paddocks. He also gives plenty of
tender love and care to the future generations of MeM pacers.

Herd Dog
Lizzie is the Mill Creek herding dog, in charge of keeping the horses
in the paddocks. Last we checked the horses were doing a good job of
keeping Lizzie in check; one picked her up and held her in its mouth til she
calmed down. |

|
Barn Cat
BarneyCat is the Mill Creek barn cat, and the
assistant barn manager. Barney just hired on with MeM July 24th at the age
of 5 weeks, but is already catching on quickly. He patrols all of the barn
stalls, the overhead storage areas and especially the grain bins. He is
right there ready and willing to help with any project going on at the barn,
from unloading and spreading the new alfafa bales into the paddocks to greeting
all the visitors to the barn. Stop by; Barney would love to meet you.

Webmaster
Terri Curry is the MeM webmaster. She designed
and maintains the website and keeps everyone current on the MeM
happenings. She also enjoys watching the MeM horses at the track.
